This Kit features moveable room dividers that accept standard doors, detailed staircase and banisters, and wooden shingles for the roof. The mansard roof maximizes the living and decorating space on the second floor. Also includes a raised panel door, and expertly moulded railings and porch posts. Roof cresting adds an interesting flair to the roof top, and shaped, solid wood moldings add unique style to the extended floor edges.
