Foxhall Manor by Real Good Toys

The classic Foxhall Manor Kit has front-opening access. Precision engineered parts are pre-cut, and sturdy construction features 3/8" milled clapboard exterior walls, and grooved side walls for easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit, and durability. Step-by-step assembly instructions come with detailed drawings to make building a breeze. The kit includes two skylights and a palladian dormer window for the center hall. There is a center hall which features two curved staircases and curved third floor landing rails. Also included are a two-story front porch, curved balcony, all exterior doors, windows, decorative rails and trims, and architectural mouldings. The kit does not include shingles. If you wish to shingle the Foxhall, you will need approx. 1850 shingles.
